We at Brite led tech strive for excellence in all that we do, from sourcing the best components to ensuring that all items are
packaged well to ensure product reaches our customers in the same condition as when sent from our head office.
Though with all our effort's we understand we are still dealing with electrical components and anything is possible from a solder
join or a simple component error.
All products we manufacture are tested on our testing machines for a minimum of 10 minutes per item before packaged for sale to
ensure no batch or individual issues have arose in the assembly line to give the guarantee to our clients.
All products are marked with there warranty periods for company purposes and also marked on there packaging for consumers,

All products warranty period is classed as from date of purchase and all warranty claims must have the product accompanied with
the original invoice from your supplier, products will not be covered under any warranty without the original invoice of purchase.
All products manufactured and supplied by Brite Led Tech have a warranty period which cover led failure and if product classed as
a waterproof item the warranty also covers water intake of the product in question.
All products which do not state a warranty period have a minimum 30 day replacement warranty under Australian law and if product
purchase in country other than Australia you should check on the specific suppliers web site as to there warranty statement.
In the case of a possible warranty claim the item should be return to the place of purchase in person though if must be posted then
ensure is posted with a return paid satchel as warranty covers product defect only and not postal services, choice to post a
product is clients choice rather than delivering in person.
The product will be tested and replaced by the supplier or returned with a note of non defectiveness, it is always best to offer your
warranty product with as much information as possible about the defect such as intermittent, 1 led out, taking on water, etc as the
more information the better, electrical issues are like when you go to the dentist, the issues never show when inspected so the
more information the better to ensure a quick return.
If the product you have purchased has a warranty issue though is no longer available in the same model then the newest model
style will be supplied at no extra charge on upgraded product .
Warranties do not cover change of mind, you should always select the colour/style of lamp correctly when purchasing and ensure
the lamp is right for your specific situation.
Lamp housings, All housings have a standard 30 day warranty against defect of material or/and workmanship, all housing have no
moving parts or electrical components to bring a warranty issue and can only be damaged by misuse of product.
Brite Led Tech has the rights to make the warranty Null and Void if product found to be Misused in any form on any product as well
as if found to have been connected incorrectly or incorrect power source used to supply power to the product/s.
Warranty covers products replacement only and does not cover labour, Vehicle repairs, bodily harm,
property or any other possibilities than the product itself which was supplied .
