All our lamps come with a full replacement warranty for piece of mind and we insure
that all manufacturing processes are carried out under the strictest control.
We use the best reliable components available to insure long lifespan of all our products
under normal conditions and all our trailer lamps are specially resin potted to insure they
are 100% submersible making them ideal for most marine applications.
Our trailer lamps have been developed in a way that the led module can be flush
mounted to application, then the outer black surround clips over the top to hide the
mounting bolts or screws to give the lamps a new age appearance and enable all
connections too be carried out within the rear of the lamps rather than having exposed
wire joins.
We have found this to be an advantage over other lamps in the market place that
choose to use the pop on pop off lens methods for the module as by screwing the led
module to the application it helps prevent theft and insures for a stronger more durable
lamp, though we also offer trailer lamps with a full surround enabling the client to
choose there preferred fitting method.
We use polycarbonate for our trailer light lenses which insures they
have a strong impact tolerance which makes them one of the strongest lamps on the
market, no matter if your lamps are being used for the household trailer or in the very
harsh environment of a open cut mine on machinery polycarbonate lamps will exceed
the strength of hardened acrylic lenses, some manufacturers use hardened acrylic
which tests have found will shatter on first impact and has been tested by many to
prove this, were as our polycarbonate lamps when tested take excessive impacts to
even just mark the lens.
So if you get 1yr, 5yrs or lifetime warranty with hardened acrylic style lamps the
warranty will normally only cover failure of leds so if the lens is made from hardened
acrylic and cracks easy what is the use of having a lifetime warranty if the lamp can not
last 1 impact.
We have ran many tests on all our trailer lamps but still couldn't get lenses to break on
any even after 10 hits with metal ball hammer then gave up as if you had more than 10
impacts to your light we think you may be worried more about the car or trailer not the
lamps after 10 impacts.
Hardened Acrylic is what manufacturer use when they want to reduce the
costs and end result is a weakened product
